We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Plovdiv. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our office. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid visa to work in Plovdiv. Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assisting with travel arrangements for employees
- Maintaining employee records and files
- Coordinating with other departments as needed
- Responding to inquiries from clients or partners
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Filipino nationality preferred
