Smelter Operator

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Your duties will include monitoring and adjusting temperature and pressure levels, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for quality control, conducting routine inspections of materials and finished products to meet industry standards.

To excel in this role, you must have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in smelting or a related field is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is physically fit and able to work in hot and noisy environments.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. Part-time options may be available. We offer accommodation for employees if needed. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to set procedures
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Conduct routine inspections of materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Assist with maintenance tasks when necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in smelting or a related field preferred
- Physical fitness to work in hot and noisy environments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
