Milling Machine Operator
Location: Zagreb, Croatia
Salary: $900 USD/month


We are seeking a highly skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Zagreb. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functions on metal or plastic workpieces. Your main goal will be to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Select and install cutting tools and other attachments according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Familiarity with programming computer-controlled machines is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and accuracy
