Collector - English Speaking (Zagreb, Croatia)


Our international company in Zagreb is seeking a motivated and experienced Collector to join our team. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments and resolving any payment issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding payments
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving payment issues
- Record all communication with customers in our system
- Review and update customer records with accurate payment information
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments are received
- Keep track of delinquent accounts and escalate issues as needed
- Meet monthly collection targets set by management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
