Claims Adjuster



We are a leading insurance company in Zagreb looking for an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of coverage and liability. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze claims to determine coverage and liability
- Conduct investigations, including interviews and site visits, to gather information and evidence
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, agents, and other professionals involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate documentation of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Claims Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
