As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying protective coatings to various industrial equipment and structures. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of different painting techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming before applying paint
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Apply paint using spray guns or brushes according to specifications
- Monitor drying times and reapply coats as needed
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.
