We are currently hiring a skilled Factory Machine Operator for our factory in Pula. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. You must have strong technical skills and be able to troubleshoot issues with the machines.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
