Job Title: Puncher - Metal Fabricator/Assembler


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Puncher to join our metal fabrication and assembly team in Pula. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for using various tools and equipment to punch holes, cut shapes, and form metal components according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses, drills, grinders, and other metalworking tools
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine punching requirements
- Set up punches on machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Puncher or similar role in metal fabrication/assembly
- Proven ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Experience operating punch presses and other metalworking tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical strength and stamina
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month.
