Nepali Collector in Zagreb, Croatia


We are hiring a Nepali Collector to join our team in Zagreb. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers and maintaining accurate records of all transactions. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month, with provided accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect payments and negotiate payment plans
- Keep track of all debtors and their payment statuses
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and take necessary actions for collection
- Prepare reports on debt collection activities and progress
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (English proficiency is not required)
- Prior experience as a collector or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
