Collector Supervisor (Zagreb, Croatia)


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collector Supervisor to join our team in Zagreb, Croatia. As a Collector Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of collectors and ensuring timely and efficient collection of payments from clients. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for foreigners, and no English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of collectors to ensure successful collections
- Monitor daily collection activities and provide guidance when needed
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any payment issues or disputes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for collectors and implement training programs as needed
- Develop strategies to improve collection processes and increase overall efficiency
- Prepare and analyze collection reports for management review

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections, preferably in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations in Croatia
- Excellent communication skills in Croatian; knowledge of English is an advantage but not required
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
