Machine Operator (Factory)


We are in search of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various factory machines to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. Your main goal will be to produce high-quality products according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various factory machines such as lathes, grinders, drills, and presses
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Set up machines for production and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs
- Monitor machine output and maintain production logs
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a factory setting
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
