Entry-Level Smelter Operator


We are a growing mining company in Pula seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Smelter Operator. This is a full-time contract position, perfect for an Indian national looking to gain experience and start their career in the mining industry.

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring smelting equipment to melt and refine metal ores. This role requires no previous experience, as on-the-job training will be provided. However, candidates with a technical background or previous experience working in industrial settings will be preferred.

This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to work long hours while standing, lifting heavy objects, and working in hot and noisy environments. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow safety protocols are also crucial for this role.
