Mechanic Technician


We are in need of a skilled Mechanic Technician to join our team at our automotive repair shop in Pula. As a Mechanic Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicles, ensuring they are in safe and optimal condition for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide cost estimates.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a mechanic or mechanic technician.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle models.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.

Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Are ASE certified or have completed an automotive training program.
- Have experience working with European vehicle models.
- Are fluent in English (Croatian is a plus).

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a salary of $1800 per month. We do not provide accommodation, but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
