Claims Adjuster - Pula, Croatia


We are currently hiring a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position does not require English proficiency and is suitable for men without prior experience or accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including conducting interviews and gathering relevant documents
- Evaluate the extent of damages and determine coverage based on policy terms and conditions
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and keeping clients informed throughout the claims process
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Biometric passport required for work authorization in Croatia
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in order to effectively negotiate settlements and provide exceptional customer service

Salary:
We offer a salary of 900$ per month for this position.
