CNC Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company in Pula seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Select and load raw materials into the machine
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machine or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and diagrams
- Familiarity with G-code programming is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials
- Must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
