CAD Draftsman

The CAD Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using computer-aided design software. They will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and precision in the designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting and a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. This position is urgent and requires someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy of designs
- Review and modify drawings as needed based on feedback from team members
- Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide progress updates on projects
- Attend meetings to discuss project requirements and provide input on design solutions
- Continuously update knowledge of CAD software and other relevant tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Draftsman or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies in designs
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Diploma or degree in drafting or related field preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Split. Salary for this position is $1300 per month. This position does not require English proficiency but knowledge of the language would be an asset. Accommodation will not be provided but free visa sponsorship will be offered.
