Industrial Painter

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial equipment and surfaces. You will use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure a high-quality finish, including sandblasting, priming, and painting with precision and attention to detail. You will work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and ensure all safety protocols are followed. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be working with heavy equipment and standing for extended periods. Additionally, you must have a keen eye for color and be able to mix paints accurately. Previous experience in industrial painting is preferred but not required. This position is located in Split, Croatia and offers a salary of $1500 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in industrial painting preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and color perception
- Familiarity with various painting tools and techniques
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sandblasting, priming, or cleaning as needed
- Mix paints accurately according to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as spray guns or brushes
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Follow all safety protocols when working with paints, chemicals, or heavy equipment
- Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
