Seamstress


We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Split. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for sewing, altering and repairing garments according to customer specifications. Your main tasks will include measuring and cutting fabrics, operating sewing machines and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabrics according to customer specifications
- Operate sewing machines to assemble garments or make alterations
- Repair damaged garments using appropriate techniques
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete orders efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role (experience working with leather is a plus)
- Knowledge of sewing techniques, patterns and equipment
- Ability to accurately take measurements and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
- Good communication skills in Croatian (basic English is a plus)
- Ability to work full-time, including occasional weekends if needed

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. No previous experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for students looking for part-time work. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who have the necessary skills and are legally allowed to work in Croatia.
