As a Puncher, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately punching holes in a variety of materials, including metal and plastic. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure that all punched items meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machines to punch holes in materials according to specified measurements
- Set up and adjust machines as needed to ensure proper hole placement and size
- Inspect materials before and after punching for any defects or imperfections
- Troubleshoot any issues with machine or materials, making adjustments or notifying supervisor as necessary
- Keep work area clean and organized, following all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met in a timely manner
- Communicate any quality concerns or suggestions for improvement to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating punch press machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of different types of metals and plastics preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Basic math skills required for measuring and calculating hole placements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1400 per month
