We are hiring a skilled Puncher to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes in metal or plastic parts using power tools or hand tools. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$. As an international company, we also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Puncher or similar role
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine hole placement and size requirements
- Set up and operate power tools such as drills, punches, and hydraulic presses to punch holes in metal or plastic parts
- Use hand tools such as hammers and files to finish punched holes as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality before sending them for further processing
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks as needed
