Smelter Operator
Location: Split, Croatia


We are currently seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to extract metal from ore and other materials.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control smelting process to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Operate machinery to crush, grind, or melt ore and other materials
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow of smelting process
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep detailed records of production data and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- Previous experience operating smelting equipment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for handling hazardous materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at $900 per month.
