Factory Machine Operator

As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in a factory setting. You will work with a team to ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards and following safety protocols. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines according to production specifications
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret production specifications and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1700 per month

City: Split, Croatia (Preference for Malayalees or Filipinos)
