Slinger Supervisor


As a Slinger Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of slingers on a construction site in Split. Your main duties will include managing the team of slingers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely, and providing guidance and training to new employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of materials and equipment used, monitoring productivity, and resolving any issues that may arise.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience working as a slinger and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and other personnel on the construction site. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is essential to ensure the safety of all workers.
