Job Title: Turner - Machine Operator


We are a leading manufacturing company based in Split, seeking a skilled Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to fabricate metal parts as per specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about precision machining and has strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate metal parts
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine the appropriate machine settings and tooling requirements
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a Turner or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical knowledge of various machining processes and tools
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and drawings
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
