We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating milling machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, and visa sponsorship may be available for non-Croatian nationals. This is an urgent job opportunity with competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision parts
- Read technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications
- Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the milling process
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (Croatian language skills are a plus)
