Debt Collection Specialist


As a Debt Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting outstanding debts. You will be expected to negotiate payment plans and come up with solutions to help clients pay off their debts. This position requires strong communication skills in English, as well as experience in debt collection. The ideal candidate would be able to handle difficult conversations with clients and have a professional yet firm approach. This is a full-time position located in Split, with a salary of 1700$. Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients via phone, email or mail to collect outstanding debts
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication and transactions with clients
- Providing exceptional customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Keeping up-to-date on legal requirements and regulations related to debt collection
- Meeting collection targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in debt collection or related field is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult conversations
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
