We are currently seeking a Collector to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses to collect outstanding payments or debts. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and complete payments while maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals and businesses by phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments or debts
- Negotiate payment plans and payment extensions when necessary
- Keep accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Utilize various tools and strategies to locate debtors who have relocated or changed contact information
- Maintain positive relationships with clients while collecting payments

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business, including weekends and evenings. The job may also require occasional travel within Croatia.
