Rental Coordinator for Indian Market - Dubrovnik, Croatia

We are seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our thriving rental company in Dubrovnik, catering specifically to the Indian market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the rental process for our Indian clients, from initial inquiries to final transactions. This is a part-time position, suitable for men who are looking for flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all rental inquiries from Indian clients
- Coordinate with our sales team to create and send quotes and invoices
- Manage booking confirmations and amendments
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of rental payments
- Oversee the pick-up and drop-off of rental vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all rental transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to our Indian clients throughout their rental experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with the tourism industry in Dubrovnik is an advantage

Salary: 1600$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: This position is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia. However, due to the current circumstances, remote work may be possible.
