Milling Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the milling machine to produce high-quality products according to specifications. You will also be responsible for setting up and adjusting the machine, monitoring production processes, and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired product dimensions
- Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and make any necessary repairs or adjustments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot issues with the machine and make repairs as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about production progress and any issues that may arise
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a milling machine operator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or other technical documents
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Basic understanding of machinery and mechanical principles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods of time

Benefits:
