Surveyor Assistant

The position of Surveyor Assistant requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the surveyor in various tasks related to land surveys and construction projects. This role is based in Dubrovnik, Croatia and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the surveyor in conducting land surveys using various equipment and tools
- Measure and record accurate data for mapping, boundary determination, and construction projects
- Assist in setting up surveying equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Help with maintaining surveying equipment and tools
- Prepare field notes, sketches, and reports as directed by the surveyor
- Support the surveyor in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Basic knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Familiarity with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and terrain
- Good physical fitness as this role may require walking long distances and carrying heavy equipment

Salary: $1600 per month
