CNC Operator


We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality control checks on finished products.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Familiarity with CNC programming and G-code
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and good mathematical skills
- Physical dexterity and ability to operate machinery for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided in blueprints or work orders
- Load materials into the machine and monitor the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production process
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
