Housekeeper in Dubrovnik


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
- Change linens and towels regularly
- Stock and replenish amenities such as toiletries, coffee, tea, etc.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and courteously
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and privacy of guests

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (for non-nationals)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (other languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as lifting/moving furniture, standing for extended periods of time, etc.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment preferred but not required
