Industrial Painter

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Osijek. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for painting various industrial structures and equipment using a variety of techniques and tools. Your main goal will be to ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared and painted to meet quality standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix and match paint colors as needed
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish on all surfaces
- Repair any imperfections or damages on painted surfaces
- Follow safety protocols when handling paint materials and equipment
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with good communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Osijek, Croatia (accommodation not provided)
