We are currently seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Blast Furnace Workers in Osijek, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace equipment to produce iron from raw materials. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor equipment to control the flow of materials into the blast furnace
- Monitor temperature and pressure levels and adjust controls as needed
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities and report any issues to supervisor
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work in a hot, loud, and dirty environment
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Salary may increase based on performance.
