Smelter Operator

As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment in our facility in Osijek. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, and we are happy to offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This position requires experience in smelting operations, as well as proficiency in English. It is suitable for both men and women who are able to perform physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor the smelting process, making adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency and quality
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Maintain accurate records of production and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the smelting process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a smelting operation
- Knowledge of smelting processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
