We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machine tools to produce precision metal parts and components. Your duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring the production process, and inspecting finished products for accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail and excellent technical skills. Experience working with lathes, milling machines, and other metalworking equipment is required. This is an urgent job opportunity with free visa and ticket provided for Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machine tools to produce precision metal parts
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine product specifications
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or products as they arise
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate lathes, milling machines, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina and strength for standing, lifting, bending, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred
