Insurance Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Osijek. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, evaluating damages, and determining coverage based on policy terms. You will work closely with clients, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the claims process to ensure fair and accurate settlements are reached.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Collect and analyze evidence to determine coverage and liability
- Evaluate damages and negotiate settlements with policyholders and third parties
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals involved in the claims process
- Document all findings and maintain accurate records of claim status
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an insurance adjuster or related role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1700 per month. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.
