IT Manager

Our fast-growing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department in Moscow. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's technology operations and overseeing all aspects of our IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our company's technology systems and to provide technical support to all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the company's information systems
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the deployment of information technologies
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of existing systems and infrastructure
- Manage network security, data backup and disaster recovery protocols
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Provide technical support to all employees regarding hardware, software or network issues
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems and software programs
- Monitor and control IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, operating systems, databases and security protocols
- Experience with managing cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills preferred)
