Information Technology Manager - Moscow

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team in Moscow. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all information technology systems and infrastructure within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all systems.
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, network equipment, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Oversee the security of all IT systems, including data protection, network security, and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems.
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance on projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and security principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who have experience in the information technology field.
