We are a fast-paced and dynamic company seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As our Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and servers
- Troubleshoot network issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in network administration or a related role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, etc.
- Experience with Cisco or Juniper networking equipment is preferred
- Proficient in server management including Windows Server OS and Active Directory management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
