Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Moscow. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring new equipment, training users on new technologies, and ensuring the security of our systems.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients on hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Troubleshoot computer problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Install and configure computer equipment such as printers, scanners, and routers.
- Train users on new technology systems.
- Maintain computer systems by performing regular updates and backups.
- Ensure the security of computer systems by implementing necessary security measures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components such as processors, memory, and hard drives.
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and MacOS.
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms to non-technical users.

Salary: Competitive salary of 1100$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Moscow.
