Job Title: Senior Data Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team in Moscow. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to help drive business decisions. You will also be expected to develop data-driven strategies and implement solutions to improve data quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization tools
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve business processes and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor data integrity and accuracy, troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis results
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical tools such as R or SAS
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying large datasets
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner
- Proven track record of driving business results through data analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience mentoring junior analysts is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Moscow, Russia (accommodation provided)

Visa & Travel: Visa sponsorship and travel ticket provided for all nationalities. Fluent English language skills required.
