Crypto-NFT Sales Manager
We are a rapidly growing startup in the crypto-NFT space based in Moscow and we are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position suitable for men with fluency in English and preferably of Indian nationality.
As the Crypto-NFT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your main duties will include identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and competition to inform our sales approach.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in sales, preferably in the crypto or NFT space. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building relationships with clients and closing deals. Knowledge of blockchain technology and the ability to explain complex concepts to potential clients is also preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build relationships with clients through regular communication
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our crypto-NFT products
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms
- Monitor industry trends and competition to inform sales approach
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Familiarity with the crypto or NFT space is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with an ability to close deals
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and the ability to explain it to potential clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Moscow (remote work may be considered for the right candidate)
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
