We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to lead our dynamic and diverse English speaking team in Moscow. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, ensuring successful project delivery, and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the English speaking team to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations for team members

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in English
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase team productivity and efficiency
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or management role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience working with international teams or clients is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Valid work visa for Russia (assistance may be provided)
