As an English Speaking Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Nepali employees in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment in Moscow. Your role will involve managing and supporting the team's daily operations, providing guidance and coaching to team members, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, and resolving any conflicts that may arise.

To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills in English and Nepali languages. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred but not required. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month, with the possibility of extension based on performance. We welcome applicants without previous experience as we provide comprehensive training for all team members.
