Project Manager (Malayalee) - Part Time



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work part-time and utilize your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Develop project plans and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met
- Lead project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates on project status to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
- Fluency in Malayalam is required; proficiency in English is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary: This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Location: This position is based in Moscow. However, due to the current circumstances, remote work may be considered.
