Interpretation Coordinator
Our growing interpretation services company based in Moscow is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interpretation Coordinator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who is fluent in both English and an Indian language, has a strong understanding of cultural differences, and has a passion for providing high-quality interpretation services.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all interpretation requests from Indian clients, including scheduling appointments and assigning interpreters
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure appropriate interpreter selection
- Oversee the quality of interpretation services provided by our team of interpreters
- Train new interpreters on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all interpretation assignments and related documents
- Handle any issues or complaints from clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.)
- Knowledge of cultural differences between India and Russia
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in interpretation or customer service is preferred but not required
Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Moscow, Russia (remote work options may be available)
