Online Consultant

We are an international consulting company based in Moscow and we are seeking an Online Consultant to join our growing team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online consultation services to our clients, primarily from India. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms and provide expert advice on our company's services
- Develop and maintain relationships with Indian clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and understand the needs of each client and provide tailored solutions for their specific requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of expertise in consulting services
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the online consultation process and client experience
- Meet monthly targets for consultations and client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (no other language requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a consulting or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, customs, and business practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1700 USD per month

Location: Remote/Online (can be based anywhere with a stable internet connection)
