We are seeking a Nepali-speaking Online Consultant to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online customer support and assistance to our clients using various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Salary: 1200$ per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep track of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the team
- Participate in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge on our products and services

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
