Roofer Supervisor

As a Roofer Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of roofers in the city of Moscow. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise roofing projects in Moscow
- Oversee a team of roofers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues
- Train new employees on proper roofing techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Handle any on-site issues or emergencies that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer or roofer supervisor
- Knowledge of different roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials, and work at heights
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
